Privacy policy
How we collect, use and protect the personal data you share with us, and the rights you have under the GDPR.
Data controller
The controller responsible for the personal data processed through this site is MAMO International, with offices in Paris (France) and N’Djamena (Chad). For any question about this policy, write to contact@mamo-international.com.
What we collect
We only collect the data you choose to send us:
- Enquiry and sample-request forms: your name, company, work email, country, product of interest, estimated volume and message.
- Email correspondence sent to our address.
- Technical logs kept by our host for security and reliability (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages viewed).
We do not knowingly collect any special category of personal data, and the site is intended for business (B2B) contacts.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
- To answer your enquiry and provide samples, analyses and quotes — on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual and contractual steps taken at your request.
- To manage the commercial relationship and meet our legal and accounting obligations — on the basis of our legitimate interest and legal obligations.
- To keep the site secure — on the basis of our legitimate interest.
Who has access
Your data is accessed by authorised staff of MAMO International only. It may be processed by our website host (Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Avenue #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA — vercel.com), acting on our instructions. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.
International transfers
Our website host operates infrastructure that may be located outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where that is the case, transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry data is kept for the time needed to handle your request and, where a relationship begins, for the duration of that relationship plus the applicable legal retention periods. Enquiries that do not lead to a relationship are deleted within three years.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability. You can exercise these rights at any time by writing to contact@mamo-international.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
